Challenge
A retreat is not a hotel - the site has to sell quiet, the walk and atmosphere, not a room list on the first screen.
The hero needs to feel immersive (the path to the cabin) while staying fast and readable on phones.
Approach
GetLayers Altitude template: a long scroll-walk hero from approach photography, an aperture loader and hospitality sections (manifesto, rituals, gallery, book).
A dark, organic palette (forest, gold accents); motion through Lenis and react-spring, without a heavy WebGL scene above the fold.
Outcome
Live at retreat.anim.hr under the Lumenwood brand - “Walk the path. Warmth waits.”
